My sister Care recently visited us and brought with her this delicious chocolate mint from her friend’s organic farm. It inspired me to make some mojitos for a BBQ with friends this past weekend… and serve them with some tasty, pretty ice cubes. I followed this mojito recipe. For the flower ice cubes, I used phlox perennials (I googled them to make sure they were edible!) The ice cubes were so easy to make and added a some charm to a classic BBQ.
