It’s November 24… a week until December 1st, which means you have ONE WEEK to make this beautiful advent hanger! Totally customizable and fun for the kids, you can put chocolates, stickers, or trinkets in these little bags and open them all the way until Christmas. I’m planning on putting in little figurines that make up a Nativity scene.

Supplies:
- Birch branch
- Simple string
- Scissors
- Advent tags (download here)
- Glue stick
- Paper bags
- Hole punch

cut out each advent tag

you’ll have 24 tags.

glue each Advent tag to a paper bag

continue glueing until you have 24 bags.

punch a hole at the top of the bag in the centre.

using simple twine, tie it around one end of your birch branch. Repeat on the other side. Hang where you’d like!

begin hanging each bag on the birch branch. Start with 24 and work your way down to bag 1.

vary the length of the string so you can hang the bags at different heights.
